Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 21, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how myalphaloans.com ("My Alpha Loans," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our forms or services, or otherwise interact with us. We are a financing arranger that connects businesses and consumers with independent lender partners. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Some of the information we handle is governed by federal financial privacy laws (e.g., the Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act, or "GLBA").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our website or services.
1) Scope
This Policy applies to information we collect:
-
On our website and landing pages, and through embedded forms, chat, and cookies/SDKs;
-
In emails, texts, and other electronic messages between you and us;
-
From third parties, including referral partners, data verification providers, credit bureaus, and public sources.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by independent lenders or service providers once you leave our site or submit a full application directly to them. Those parties’ privacy notices govern their practices.
2) Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information (examples are illustrative, not exhaustive):
Identifiers: name, alias, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address, online identifiers, cookie IDs.
Professional/Business Information: business name, DBA, EIN, NAICS/SIC, ownership information, years in business, number of employees, invoices, tax status, and entity documents.
Financial Information: bank account and routing numbers, statements, revenue and sales data, average monthly deposits, liabilities, credit history elements, payment performance, cash‑flow reports.
Government ID & Sensitive Data: driver’s license or state ID, Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), date of birth, beneficial owner information, and other KYC/AML data.
Commercial Information: offers viewed, products considered, records of inquiries, and interactions with our emails or texts.
Internet/Network Activity: device and browser data, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, session replay or clickstream data (if enabled), and analytics.
Geolocation Data: approximate location inferred from your IP address or device settings.
Inferences: profiles we derive to assess eligibility or to tailor content or offers.
We collect information directly from you (online forms, uploads, calls/texts), automatically (cookies, pixels, SDKs), and from third parties (e.g., referral partners, identity verification vendors, analytics providers, credit bureaus, and public records).
3) How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
-
Provide and improve services: operate our site, process pre‑qualification and funding requests, and provide customer support;
-
Eligibility, underwriting & verification: verify identity, conduct due diligence (including KYC/AML checks), assess eligibility, prevent fraud, and facilitate credit decisioning with lender partners;
-
Communications: respond to inquiries; send administrative messages; with appropriate consent, send marketing emails or texts about funding options or related services;
-
Compliance & risk: comply with laws, regulatory examinations, and contractual obligations; enforce our terms; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
-
Analytics & personalization: measure site performance, understand usage, and tailor content or offers;
-
Corporate transactions: support audits, mergers, acquisitions, financings, or other reorganizations.
We may aggregate or de‑identify information so that it cannot reasonably identify you; we may use and share such data for any lawful purpose.
4) Our Role; Credit Inquiries
-
Arranger, not a lender: We facilitate introductions and data transfer to lender partners who make credit decisions.
-
Soft vs. hard credit checks: Pre‑qualification may involve a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If you proceed with a full application or obtain funding, a lender may perform a hard inquiry, which can impact your credit score. We will disclose where and when such checks occur and by whom.
5) Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Advertising
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, measure campaigns, and (where permitted) deliver interest‑based ads. You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Certain jurisdictions provide rights to opt‑out of “sale”/“sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising and to use browser‑based opt‑out signals (see Section 10).
6) How We Share Information
We may disclose personal information to:
-
Lender & financing partners to evaluate eligibility, underwrite, and service financing products;
-
Service providers & contractors that process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support, document collection/e‑signature, identity verification, fraud prevention, marketing delivery, data storage, payment processing);
-
Referral/ISO partners involved in your request;
-
Credit bureaus & verification vendors for identity, fraud, and credit‑related checks;
-
Professional advisors & authorities (auditors, regulators, law enforcement) to meet legal obligations or protect rights;
-
Corporate transactions in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising or “sell” personal information as those terms are broadly defined under some state laws (e.g., if using certain advertising cookies). You may opt‑out (see Section 10).
We require recipients to protect personal information consistent with applicable law and our instructions, and we limit their use to specified purposes.
7) Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention periods vary by record type (e.g., application and underwriting records generally 5–7 years after last activity; website analytics typically 13–26 months), subject to legal requirements and legitimate business needs.
8) Security
We maintain an information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information—such as encryption in transit, access controls, vulnerability management, employee training, vendor oversight, and incident response. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your Communications Choices (Email/SMS)
If you provide a phone number and consent, we (or our service providers) may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry or related offers. Marketing texts or autodialed/prerecorded calls will be sent only with appropriate consent; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or following the unsubscribe instructions provided. Message/data rates may apply. Transactional or service messages may continue where permitted.
10) State Privacy Rights (U.S.)
Depending on where you live, you may have the rights described below. These rights generally do not apply to certain financial information collected for a consumer financial product or service subject to the GLBA. We will honor applicable rights to the extent required by law.

Businesses must provide a clear “Your Privacy Choices” link for certain opt‑outs. We also recognize user‑enabled signals like the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.
Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah/Texas and other states — Depending on the state, residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt‑out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Colorado and some other states require honoring certain universal opt‑out mechanisms (e.g., GPC) for targeted advertising and sales. Virginia and several states require a right to appeal our decision on your request.
How to exercise your rights — You (or your authorized agent, where applicable) may submit a request by emailing privacy@myalphaloans.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity (and agent authority, if applicable) and respond within the timeframes required by law. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with “Privacy Request Appeal.”
Opt‑out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising — If we “sell” or “share” personal information, or engage in targeted advertising as defined by law, you may opt‑out by emailing privacy@myalphaloans.com or by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link where available. We also respond to recognized browser‑based opt‑out signals in jurisdictions that require it.
Limit use of Sensitive Personal Information (CA) — If applicable, you may direct us to limit our use of Sensitive Personal Information to permitted purposes.
11) Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
